Most NFL training camps are getting underway within the next week.
That means football season is finally here and the preseason rankings are starting to flow.
Many people love to rank the top teams in the league each season.
Stephen A. Smith decided to do his list of the top-5 NFL teams on “First Take”.
His list should not surprise many people.

His top two teams are the Super Bowl competitors from last year in the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.
He then has perennial powers in the Cincinnati Bengals and San Francisco 49ers on the list.
One spot that could be up for grabs is the fifth spot.
The Buffalo Bills are usually a good regular-season team but have come up short in the playoffs.
It will be interesting to see if they are even good enough to win their division this year.
The Miami Dolphins are expected to be contenders, as are the New York Jets.
The addition of Aaron Rodgers for the Jets makes them legitimate Super Bowl contenders.
Also, they could be the ones to finally knock the Bills from the top of the AFC East.
Each NFL season there are usually a few teams that fail to reach or exceed expectations.
It will be interesting to see which teams emerge as serious Super Bowl contenders to begin the year.
Last year it was the Eagles who came out of nowhere.
Which team will it be in 2023?
