The Las Vegas Raiders look like a dysfunctional team.
They thought Josh McDaniels would be their answer to a better future, but that hasn’t happened.
The team lacks direction under the former New England Patriots offensive coordinator.
Bringing Jimmy Garoppolo into the fold is shaping up to be a terrible decision.
With everything that’s happening within the franchise, NFL Network’s Rich Eisen is worried about Davante Adams’ future with the squad.
“When you keep on seeing results that lead to soundbites that reinforce a narrative, you gotta wonder if the narrative is more than just a narrative,” Eisen said during a recent episode of his eponymous show.

He was referring to Adams’ comments after the Raiders’ Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
As written by Sports Illustrated’s Jeff Smith, Adams commented about the team’s inconsistency by saying, “I don’t got time to wait around. … It’s not a personal thing. I mean it is a personal thing, but it ain’t just about me.”
While Adams is under contract with the Raiders until 2026, does this comment suggest that he wants out?
From a coaching perspective, the Raiders made terrible decisions down the stretch, leading to their loss to Pittsburgh.
Adams isn’t turning a blind eye to those situations, especially when he had 13 catches for 172 yards and two touchdowns in that game.
Has he lost belief in McDaniels and is saying he wants out?
