The Dallas Cowboys dominated the New York Jets from start to finish on their Sunday clash.
Zach Wilson and Nathaniel Hackett’s offense struggled to get anything going vs. the Cowboys’ stout defense.
And with Robert Saleh’s team trailing early, they had no choice but to abandon the running game, leaving Breece Hall to have only four carries.
That’s why the star running back was visually frustrated and didn’t mince his words after the game, stating that the only reason the running game struggled was because he didn’t get involved in the offense.
With that in mind, Cowboys star EDGE/LB Micah Parsons seemed to agree with his colleague’s statement, although he also shared some interesting points (via BR Gridiron).

Per the Penn State product, Hall has a point and every right to be frustrated.
He also believes Hall could’ve made a much more significant impact on the game, although he doesn’t necessarily think the outcome would’ve been a lot different.
Parsons praised his game, but stated that the Cowboys dominated both sides of the line of scrimmage, and with their offense moving the chains at a high clip, it only made sense that they abandoned the running game to try and put up points on the scoreboard as fast as possible.
That’s likely going to be a recurring issue with Zach Wilson under center.
The third-year pro didn’t show a lot of signs of improvement in his first start of the season, and he may not be the guy they need right now.
