The Dallas Cowboys should be able to take care of business in the Wild Card round.
All things considered, given the context, it would be a major disaster and a catastrophe if they could not beat the Green Bay Packers at home.
That’s why even former NFL WR Keyshawn Johnson, who’s often been overcritical and skeptical of the Cowboys, had no choice but to choose them to win at home.
Talking on “Undisputed,” Johnson predicted the Cowboys would win “in a boat race” by a final of 45-24, predicting Mike McCarthy’s team would get back at his former employer in a big way.
True to form, Skip Bayless and Michael Irvin thought Johnson had some sort of hidden agenda and questioned his prediction, to which Johnson seemed to take offense.
.@keyshawn is making a rare prediction for Cowboys-Packers:

The fact of the matter is that the Cowboys haven’t lost at home in their past 16 games.
They score almost 40 points, and their defense usually takes a huge step forward when they play at AT&T Stadium, and they’re going to go against a first-time starter making his postseason debut, not to mention the fact that the Packers are actually the youngest team to make the playoffs since 1982.
The Cowboys should objectively have an edge in almost every single category but coaching, but they’re also under way more pressure.
It’s been almost three decades since they won a Super Bowl, and there should be no more room or time for excuses with the roster they have, especially if they’re going against a younger and unproven football team.
