The Cincinnati Bengals showed some signs of life in the second half of their Week 2 matchup vs. the Baltimore Ravens.
They got off to a slow start again, but still managed to keep it close in the first half, and they almost got the job done in the final two quarters.
Still, at the end of the day, their record shows 0-2, and both of the losses have come against divisional rivals, to make things even worse.
However, as bad as things may seem right now, Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson isn’t ready to panic just yet.
In his Week 2 review with Shannon Sharpe, he reminded the legendary tight end that they also started 0-2 last season and still ended up winning the division.

However, Sharpe pointed out the fact that Joe Burrow re-aggravated that calf injury, and he hasn’t looked healthy at all in his two games this season.
Also, he won’t be able to get the rest he needs because he needs those reps to get back to his usual level.
The Bengals did win 12 of their last 14 games last season, securing the AFC North and making it all the way to the AFC Championship Game.
But the Cleveland Browns now have a better defense and Deshaun Watson, the Pittsburgh Steelers should do better with Kenny Pickett starting from day one, and the Baltimore Ravens expect to have Lamar Jackson healthy for the remainder of the season.
The Bengals have some winnable games ahead, with the Los Angeles Rams, Tennessee Titans, and Arizona Cardinals up next, but they need to get better now.
