The Aaron Rodgers era for the Green Bay Packers is officially over.
As the organization moves on to Jordan Love, many fans and analysts have varied predictions for the Packers’ 2023 season.
In a recent segment of ‘Get Up,’ Ryan Clark outlined his expectations for Love.
He first said, “We will know by midseason if they made the entirely wrong decision.”

Clark’s comments indicate that fans will know if Love is not their answer by midseason, pointing out that they’ll see if he “stinks” or not.
However, he warned fans to temper their expectations, especially given that it is Love’s first season at the helm.
“The thing that we can’t do is start comparing him to Aaron Rodgers,” Clark said.
Rodgers is considered one of the best quarterbacks in NFL history, especially over the last 20 years.
The dominance of both Rodgers and Brett Favre has made the Packers fans accustomed to phenomenal quarterback play.
Love’s impact on this team remains to be seen, but 2023 will be his first test as the Packers’ starter.
Generally, a player’s first year as a starting quarterback can provide some rough patches.
For instance, Josh Allen and Jalen Hurts struggled early on but are now widely regarded as elite franchise quarterbacks.
As Clark pointed out, Love has a few talented young receivers at his disposal, and the Packers have an above-average defense.
Love appears to be in a favorable situation moving forward, given his supporting cast, coaching staff, and former first-round capital.
Whether that materializes into a winning season remains to be seen.
