The Las Vegas Raiders could have a running back problem on their hands.
After failing to reach a new contract with Josh Jacobs, many reports have indicated that he will not be present at training camp.
Many believe he is no longer in Las Vegas, taking a flight elsewhere as the team begins camp.
In a recent segment of The Carton Show, Cody Decker described the Raiders’ current situation as a “disaster.”
Report: Josh Jacobs has no intention of showing up to camp:
"This is a disaster and of course Jimmy G is just a lateral move from Derek Carr. I'm not happy, this is a nightmare." — @Decker6 pic.twitter.com/Lj0YIFqhh3

Jacobs led the NFL in rushing in 2022 and is seen by many as one of the league’s most elite backs.
However, now that he remains unsigned and unhappy, there is a growing belief that he will not report to the Raiders for the 2023 season.
Decker went on to illustrate that the Raiders didn’t add significant value to their roster in the offseason, saying, “Jimmy G is just a lateral move from Derek Carr.”
The NFL has turned into a quarterback-centric league.
As evidenced by last year’s playoff teams, having an elite quarterback can be the difference between a deep postseason run and a first-round exit.
Decker believes that Jimmy Garoppolo isn’t the Raiders’ answer.
More importantly, he and the rest of the crew illustrated their frustrations with the team.
One piece of recent news could be an excellent sign for Jacobs, as Saquon Barkley and the New York Giants recently agreed to a one-year deal.
If the Giants could work out a deal after the franchise tag deadline, what’s stopping the Raiders from doing the same with Jacobs?
