The Philadelphia Eagles blew a 21-6 halftime lead in their Week 17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
While the defeat was devastating, the result also had major consequences in the NFC playoff race, as the Dallas Cowboys would need to beat the Washington Commanders in Week 18 to steal the NFC East away from Philadelphia and push the Eagles down to the wildcard.
The Eagles’ 35-31 loss proved another thing in the eyes of Fox Sports analyst and former NFL offensive lineman Willie Colon: That the Eagles are frauds.
“There’s no way you could walk out of this game and say anything positive about the Philadelphia Eagles other than they’re frauds,” Colon said Monday on the Carton Show.

The Cardinals game perfectly encapsulated the enigma that is this season for the Eagles: Philadelphia jumped out to a big lead behind good offense and good defense, only to falter in the second half and ultimately lose.
That’s what the Eagles did – literally – this season already after going 8-1 to start the year but going 3-5 in the team’s past eight games.
The offense still looks good with Jalen Hurts at the helm – they’ve averaged 32 points per game in the past two games – but the defense continues to look horrific after giving up at least 20 points in six consecutive games.
This is the wrong time to be losing games to bad teams, as the Eagles could go from the No. 2 seed all the way down to the No. 5 seed if they lose next week and the Cowboys win.
