On Tuesday morning, the NBA world was shocked and saddened to hear that Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest while practicing at USC.
Thankfully, he received immediate medical attention at the hospital and was no longer in the ICU as of Tuesday morning.
Still, that is clearly a terrifying situation that could complicate not only James’ future in the NBA but also his life.
Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young sent his support to James, tweeting a series of prayer emojis “for Bronny.”
This is just some of the massive amount of support that James is getting from other players and fans.

For more than a year now, James has received a lot of attention, mostly due to the family name that he carries.
However, he has also been improving his game and his abilities.
He is laying the foundation for what could be a very long and fruitful NBA career.
Even if his dad wasn’t LeBron James, the young player would be gaining all of this love from people both in and out of the league.
Ironically, many mock drafts had predicted that James will be signed by the Hawks next summer.
That means that Young will possibly play alongside James.
Of course, it remains to be seen what this very serious medical episode does to James’ future.
While a full recovery is very possible, it could require that he take a break from the game for an extended amount of time.
Over the next few days and weeks, we will learn more about James’ condition and his future both at USC and in the NBA.
And during that time, more support from players will come pouring in.
