The WNBA playoffs have begun and multiple NBA stars are showing their support.
Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks gave a special shout-out to one of the stars of the Atlanta Dream.
As highlighted by Bleacher Report, Rhyne Howard made WNBA playoff history the other night, finishing the game with 36 points, including eight three-pointers, which was the most ever for a WNBA playoff debut.
Young celebrated the Atlanta Dream star on Twitter, saying, “She did her thing!!! Let’s get Tuesday.”

Unfortunately for Howard, the Dream didn’t end up winning Game 1 against the Dallas Wings.
But the series still has plenty of games and the team has a chance to even the series on Tuesday night, as Young referenced.
Young surely sympathizes with Howard and the Dream because he has been in this situation multiple times.
His Hawks have been having a really rough time in the playoffs lately.
Just a few seasons ago, they made it all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals.
But lately, they haven’t had much of an impact at all during the postseason.
Even with the eye-popping trade for Dejounte Murray last season, the Hawks couldn’t get past the first round in 2022-23.
This has many people wondering what’s ahead for the team.
The reports of Young possibly leaving in a few years only cast more doubt over the Hawks.
If this tweet of support for a fellow Atlanta player is any indication, it sounds like Young is looking to remain with his team for the near future.
Perhaps both the Dream and the Hawks will make Atlanta proud this year.
