We all know that something is happening behind the scenes with Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers.
But we just don’t know what it is.
Over the last few days, there have been rumors that multiple teams are in the running to land the talented guard.
Those teams include the Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors, Chicago Bulls, and, of course, Miami Heat.
Now another team may be in the mix: the Orlando Magic.
According to Michael Grange, via NBACentral, the Magic could “make themselves heard” for Lillard.

It’s not clear how the Magic would make themselves heard.
It is also not clear if the Trail Blazers would listen.
The Blazers are going to drive a hard bargain with whatever teams step forward to acquire Lillard.
They are demanding win-now talent and trade assets too.
Will the Magic be able to put together the sort of package that Portland will be happy with?
They certainly have a number of great young players on their team, but are any of them enough to satisfy the Blazers?
Another important question is this: would Lillard be happy in Orlando?
He would be leaving a team with little playoff chances for a different one that has also struggled to come close to the postseason.
Plus, he would once again be surrounded by young talent, meaning that a championship could be years away.
We don’t know when all of this will be resolved and when a team will finally be triumphant in acquiring Lillard.
Right now, fans all over the league are just waiting for something definitive to develop in this saga.
It would be painfully ironic for Lillard if he ends up finally moving to Florida, but is traded to Orlando instead of Miami.
