Rudy Gay remains one of the most underrated players of this generation.
The eighth overall pick from the 2006 NBA Draft has spent 17 years in the NBA but is yet to win it all.
For his career, Gay has averaged 15.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game.
Gay may not seem like a top-notch scorer, but he has still scored 17,642 points in his career.
The 37-year-old has recently made headlines after it was announced that the Golden State Warriors have signed him to a one-year deal, as per Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter.
“Free agent F Rudy Gay has agreed on a one-year deal with the Golden State Warriors,” Wojnarowski wrote.

According to the veteran NBA insider, Gay’s contract is not confirmed yet.
Instead, he will compete for an open roster spot at Training Camp.
The camp begins on October 03, 2023, as the new season is closer than ever.
The organization has already added veteran point guard Chris Paul to the roster.
Adding Gay to the team doesn’t necessarily make them the favorites to win it all, but it certainly improves their chances.
Will Gay earn a permanent spot on the roster? We will most likely find out after the NBA Training Camp is over.
