The NBA world is still waiting to hear if the Philadelphia 76ers will trade James Harden away.
Harden has made his desire to leave the team well known but nothing has changed since that announcement.
As the offseason drags on and no progress is made, people are starting to wonder: will Harden actually leave the Sixers?
Nick Wright isn’t so sure and he explained why Thursday morning: he doesn’t see urgency on either side for a potential Harden trade.
“Philly is not desperate to trade him and I don’t see anyone desperate to trade for him,” Wright said on First Things First.

Wright stated that the Los Angeles Clippers are obviously the team with the most interest in getting Harden.
By now, they have surely offered a few deals to the 76ers and none of them have resulted in Harden in Los Angeles.
So unless the 76ers somehow warm up to what the Clippers are bringing to the table, Harden might stay.
Furthermore, a recent social media post showed Harden hanging out – seemingly happily – with both Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris.
It looks as if they are getting along well and the chemistry between them could still be there in the fall.
That is yet another reason why the Sixers won’t rush into anything.
They were intent on just sitting still until the perfect offer came along.
If that offer never materialized, they had no issue with not moving Harden at all.
It seems as if right now the 76ers and Clippers are in a stalemate.
Because of that, Harden is still in Philadelphia – and could be when the new season kicks off in a few months.
