The Milwaukee Brewers are a team that no one is talking about heading into October.
Maybe that is because they are not the most flashy team in the league, or because they don’t have star players up and down their lineup.
But, they have a well-built roster that is ready to do some damage in the postseason.
Milwaukee has a record of 88-68 on the year, which is good enough for a six-game lead in the NL Central.
Their magic number is at one to clinch the Central, which could come as early as Tuesday.
Even though many fans are not giving the Brewers a lot of credit, MLB knows how good they are.
MLB posted its final Power Rankings of the regular season on Twitter.
The Brewers are in fifth.

While Milwaukee does not have a scary lineup, they do have a great pitching rotation.
Their starters are some of the best in the league and they have a dominant closer.
Corbin Burnes is the man the Brewers want to have the ball to begin the playoffs.
He is their best pitcher and has been great this year.
Burnes has a 10-8 record with a 3.46 ERA, and also he leads the league in WHIP with 1.060.
After Burnes they have Devin Williams waiting in the ninth inning.
He has been dominant in his first year as the closer.
In 56.2 innings, Williams has 84 strikeouts and a 1.59 ERA.
Also, he is sixth in baseball with 35 saves.
Despite not having much publicity heading into the postseason, the Brewers’ pitching staff will make them a tough out.
